You can never go wrong with a breakfast favorite at Easter brunch. Pictured: Oven Baked Pancakes |
Easter is this Sunday, just in time for some beautiful weather in Southern California. Whether you celebrate the holiday for religious reasons, for the egg hunt, or as an excuse to get together with family and friends, there should always be good food and drinks around. I’m partial to a champagne brunch (big surprise), but there’s also something so festive about a big buffet or potluck. Here are some recipes for both occasions featuring some of Spring’s best flavors.
A quiche is the perfect brunch dish because it works equally well for breakfast as it does for lunch. Pictured: Green Vegetable Quiche |
Lamb is a classic Easter dish and individual chops take all the stress away from carving a large roast. Pictured: Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops |
No buffet would be complete without a stellar potato side dish. Pictured: Potato-Gruyere Gratin |
